Joseph post Chester
Joseph Hahn (born March 15, 1977) better known as Mr Hahn, is an American musician best known as the DJ and occasional backing vocalist of American rock band Linkin Park. Born with 2 older sisters in Dallas, Texas and growing up in Glendale, California, he joined Xero in 1997 and contributed to their self titled album during which, he met Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson and Rob Bourdon. The band would eventually become Linkin Park and have Chester Bennington as lead singer. Bassist Phoenix, who left alongside initial lead singer Mark Wakefield, rejoined in late 2000, the year in which Linkin Park rose to fame with their debut album Hybrid Theory. Hahn Was also essential to their 2nd album Meteora which was also a tremendous success. Their 3rd album Minutes to midnight wasn't as successful as the previous 2 albums and successor 3 albums A Thousand Suns, Living Things and The Hunting Party. Their 7th album, One More Light, due to replacing rock with pop, demoting all band members save Hahn and Chester in relevance and partially at least, softer guitars received the album large criticism and Joseph joined Mike and Phoenix in grieving Chester, who committed suicide on July 20, 2017. Joseph Has kept some activity as of post Chester, including performing with Mike.
